We are Vegetarian friendly, Coeliac aware as well as catering for other dietary situations. To demonstrate this we have equipment that is only used for special diets and vegetarian requirements.
The provenance of the meat we use is important to us all, hence we only use locally sourced, free range meat. Our Hog Roasts use only Free Range and Rare-Breed Pigs, coupled together with homemade stuffing, homemade apple & cider sauce and locally baked bread rolls.
All salads and hot sides are homemade, using only fresh ingredients, our cheese board is supplied by one of the top cheese purveyors in the country and our desserts depending on what is required, are of an extremely high standard.
